New Hope

After 4 years 1 month and 10 days working at firm, in which i know almost everybody in support services whom we need in day to day life and leaving the company and also the people whom i know very well and keep going for 'T' and lunch together is a bit sad. But no regrets in the decision, with a new hope in the mind knowing very well about the new company in which my buddies of college and frnd who joined the first job together with me, is an advantage.

I am into the organization with new hope, expecting new challenges, to learn new skills, working with new clients and exploring new opportunities. In this firm we also have to contribute to the firm apart from what we do technically. They are know as firm initiatives.

In my previous post it is all about will go or will not go.. but i decided that will someday go. now i am out of reach of that someday, as if i need to go abroad for longterm it takes a year in the company to get the eligibility for visa. And to know the process, to build the rapo with the managers whom i work under.

The new hope is all about the experience which i can get while working in the new company, which is well know for lot of factors.
Be it be the employee friendliness, open door policy, counselor policy for reviewing etc. Life is all about new hopes, compromises at times. With all the hopes and joined the firm i am geared up to show new enthu and work hard till i get a good name.

As one of my frnd said recently that people who work for 4 and more years in a company need not work more technically as they are already proved themselves. But if you switch to a new company then you have to again start you experience of work from 0.

So, i am going to start from a big zero and work hard to sharpen my skills, show cause my self to everybody with whom i work, to reach the new heights. After that if there is a chance of someday, then will plan accordingly........

Be Optimistic is the mantra for now ..........!
